Pulsar c50 black screen

Good evening, despite full battery’s, fully charged unit and carrying out the troubleshooting instructions my c50 still won’t turn on (black screen). I feel like I have tried everything recommended.

1.Has anyone else had a similar issue?
2. Who is the best POC to try and get this sorted, unfortunately it is out of warranty.

If you haven't already try holding in the power button for 30 seconds.

I had the exact same issue and this worked for me.

Hello, Contact Thomas Jacks, They have always been helpful to my N/V problems they stock, Pulsar Importer ??

Thomas Jacks were very helpful when my thermal needed repair, possibly the circuit board needs replaced, if TJ can't fix in house it will likely be sent back to Pulsar for repair which will be costly out of warranty, probably cheaper to buy a second hand unit from this forum or buy new from blackwood outdoors (does good deals and payment options) or similar
