Pulsar Helion 2 Battery life Problem

Bought a Helion 2 XQ50 brand new and charged the battery for around 6 Hours.
First night out after 3 hours i cant believe it the Battery is flat ????????? so give a other good Charge same again.
I have a Trail and used the Charger from it and no Different.
I phone Thomas Jacks and he told me the new Helions are need more Power but 3 Hours its a bit nuts.

Anyone have the same problems?

Definitely not the case, they last much longer than that..Battery must be faulty.

Hi, did you resolve this problem?
I've a Helion 2 XQ50 and battery life is poor. The two battery's I have, seem to lose half charge after 3 hours. This is without using zoom, wifi, or any other functions. Everything new 3 months ago.
Seems poor compared to Pulsar's spec claims.

I bought the Helion Pro first nite 4 1/2 hours next nite about 5 hours that's about its limit so had to buy a 14 battery for it

Hi have aXQ 38 .getting 7 to 8 hours .
Under a 3 month old and no issues .
Get the battery changed should be that much of a difference . Would think .

I changed the battery and 5 hours is Max.
Thomas Jacks and Scottcountry told me on phone it is normal because of sensors change in the new models …. and so on

My old ISP5 battery used to last 7 hours - the new ISP7 nearly 10 of constant use.

Sounds faulty to me.

Seeing exactly the same battery life as the OP with both IPS5 and 7 batteries on a new Helion 2 XP50 Pro. They are much thirstier on juice!
