Question re getting a carcass into a Navara!

I use a nav , carcass hoist is perfect and quick to assemble etc.
Deals with 150kg pigs with ease

That looks to be exactly the same as the one I've got for sale.

where does it swivel to load into the tray?

If it's the same as mine then it swivels just below where the winch is attached.

I've bumped up a thread from the past under Equipment & Accessories threads called "Rear Winch Setup" regarding getting beasts in to a pickup.

No need to have cranes and all manner of rigging, keep it simple.

We use the David Stretton hoist too, which works well plus it is handy for doing a suspended gralloch.

Similar to BigPat with my L200. I use a couple of motorbike ramps to which I’ve screwed some castors to load them so can winch the Reds straight in on the sled.

That’s what I have and the same winch
really makes life easy , I just use a dog board that folds in half and fit in the back a treat

Lots of good suggestions. I use a climbing block and tackle very easy and useful for recovery in the field too.
