Just had an email from Thomas Jacks to say they found the software issue with my Spypoint Link Micro and have fixed it. It’s on its way back to me now.
This is the second thing they’ve repaired under warranty this year (other was a pulsar c50 that had a board problem).
It does take some time as I guess they are busy but they’ve been really good at keeping me informed so wanted to share a good experience.
Also same experience with Scott Country for the C50. Ian in their service department was great.
