Your data looks like a good safe (light) load.

If that's using QL'd default settings for N160 I wouldn't be too sure. IME, QL seriously underestimates pressures and MVs for this powder. When using it, I reduce the maximum charge weight in my initial work-up batches to produce a pressure ~5,000 psi lower than that I'm looking for. This combination should still be OK but will be nearer 55,000 psi than 50, so shouldn't be used as a starting load.
Also, 243 Win has an unusually wide range of case weights and capacities. Speer is so concerned about this, it puts a warning to this effect into its technical / loading notes for the cartridge. It says its data used Winchester brass and is invalid for any other make.

Ha! Ha!. However, note that all bullet and powder manufacturers use QuickLOAD these days to get their ballpark loads range when starting testing of the loads they eventually publish in their manuals to save development time and barrel life.
