Radioactive Wild Boar?

Our local hunting organisation in between Regensburg and Nurnberg has a test unit and we test each boar before releasing it to the food chain but they very rarely get a positive, the Bayrisches wald further southeast gets a lot more positives.

Does this mean you have to shoot them with depleted uranium rounds ? I mean , they could be radioactive mutant zombie piggies .

When you hear them thrashing/coming through the woods near your stand in the dark it puts a tingle in your neck hairs, a bit like Rangers fans when they are getting closer.
