Hi,
How will Remington’s recent troubles affect sales in the UK.

There have been numerous owners of Remington Arms in the last 22 years - for some reason this one seems to have made all the papers

The factory being moved will mean a few delays in certain gun lines, but otherwise business as usual. We have pretty good stock in the warehouse, so I doubt you as consumers will notice the changeover.

The ammo and accessories side of the business is now owned by the same company that own Federal so it should continue to be quite steady. Again we carry about 12-18 months worth of stock, so no one will notice in the UK if our next delivery takes a while.

I wish you would supply Remington barrels. I know you recommend a particular custom riflesmith but when the factory offering is so accurate and the UK custom replacement more than a new rifle it’s annoying

Lol we’re all machines at Raytrade

There are several good rifle smiths out there - we have one appointed warranty agent though.

We supply barrelled actions - barrels aren’t worthwhile for us as an importer as no one ever asks for them and it’s not much more to buy just a barrelled action when you’re buying hundreds of them
