RCBS Warranty - Sportsman’s Gun Centre

Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience of how RCBS warranty repairs have been handled.?

I handed my faulty Trim Pro Case Trimmer to Sportsman’s Gun Centre in Exeter (who handle RCBS UK warranty works) four weeks ago, and still have no clue when I will have it back, despite calls and emails..

This is not great thus far.. Anyone had a better experience?

Only ever on a kinetic hammer, the screw on cap split, messaged RCBS directly. They posted me 2 new caps and a new set of collets, top class service.
