Recently moved to Dundee area

Hello Folks,

I have recently moved to Dundee Scotland from N.ireland- well I have been here a little while I have just moved my firearms licence over here and just got it approved within the past week. Ive a 12guage 17hmr and .308 on my licence and have took deer salking course level one a good number of years ago now.

Permission for deer ,fox ,rabbit, pigoen, pheatant shooting back in N.ireland as the family are keen shooters and close to quite a few farmers and have help raise pheatants around the country plently of fallow deer and few reds . Moving over to Dundee means I have to make some new connections but havent really had the chance.

If there is anyone around Dundee area who wants somebody to give them a hand with a lamp or anything just give me a shout im glad to help - just be happy to get out about the country ... city living doesnt suit me ha

Thanks Eddie Dundee is not a bad spot I have to admit there is definatly nice country around it but i have just been finding my footing ha was out scoping out the river Isla for a bit of fly fishing its only £25 for a season didnt think you could get that about scotland haha

You could do a search for estates in the local area, usually through Galbraith/sporting agent, find contact details of estate and offer to help with some beating?

Met loads of people through the bird shoots at my last estate.

Worth a try!

Thanks caberslash thats what I was thinking of giving a go.. beating is a bit of craic too always get a laugh .. I think now that everything has been transfered over its time to get out looking

Once a month for work, but always have time for a chat.
I'll drop you a note when I'm next going to be up your way.
