Recommdations for torque settings for rifle scope

I have recently acquired a second-hand CZ 457 .22. The rifle came from the factory without iron sights. When I got it, it had an Excelvan scope (which, from reading online, is a cheap Chinese scope), and no manual for it. The scope is mounted on the gun via a traditional two-ring setup (no Picatinny rail). My question is: can anyone recommend torque settings for the bolts securing the rings to the base, and for the ring locking bolts? They all appear to be Allen 15. Thank you.

35 ft inches to the Action and a max of 17 ft inch to the scope. Don’t over tighten the on to the scope rings, you can squeeze the tube, marking it and affecting the adjustment option (not in a good way).
