recommendation on rifle 7mm prc

looking to buy rifle in 7mm prc want something with 24 or 26 inch barrel but not much around. was looking at tikka t3x ace target rifle but waiting time 9 months from livens.co.uk. anyone know where i can get this rifle sooner ? or any recommendations what to get it?

Find a donor action, should be plenty of shot out .300WM’s around (one in my cabinet as it happens!) and have a new barrel installed would be my preference.
