Red Dot Sight for Hushpower 20g Mossberg

Is the 20 GA Mossberg Hushpower drilled and tapped for a rail?
If so, you might use a cheap rail and red dot and focus on raising the comb. I did this via a stock adapter and an adjustable AR-type stock, but a Beartooth kit would probably work as well.
If, like the .410 version, there is no rail available and no provision for mounting one to the receiver, the best solution (albeit an expensive one) is an Aimpoint S2 attached to the rib.
They aren't that easy to find, but a S/H Aimpoint S1 would be the best option for overall cost/performance, I think.
