Red dot site

Hi all. What red dot sites would you recommend it'll be for wildcat boar.
As its a not very often used scope. I know the aimpoint ate supposed to be good. But expensive for the amount of times id use it.
Anything else centre fire rated. Anyone can recommend please ?

VORTEX Razor is the one I used (and still have) for boar and it was absolutely fantastic and fairly priced at the time. Never lost zero. You get what you pay for….

Have a look at the sightmark ultra shot.
I used one on a shotgun for 3 years and couldn't recommend it more.
4 different reticles, does red and green, dimmable. Rated up to .50cal

I put 2.5k rounds through the shotgun and and never had to re-zero it.

Got rid of the shotgun but kept the dot and put it on my .44 under lever.

I’ve used loads, Aimpoint are very good but very pricey, Sig Sauer are excellent, Vortex brilliant value for money and unlimited warranty, Holosun also very good.

Stay away from really cheap as they won’t hold zero and will have poor parallax error
