released fox's again?

We had a spell two years ago on our little shoot where I shot 18 fox's in 3 weeks on the same field.They didn't take any notice of the call and all appeared at roughly the same time out of the woods.
Fast forward to this month and I've shot 9 already, same as before don't even look at the call and one even walked past me at 25 yds and just stopped and looked at me.
On Friday night ant spotted a fox that was limping a bit but still walked over to us.dropped it at 160 yds.
When we picked it up one of its rear feet was missing.the skin looked like it had been folded over and had next to no scar tissue.
All 9 foxes were adults no cubs,I'm thinking another dump off.
what do you think?.

sounds suspect, Maybe drop them off at the local RSPCA with a message asking if they can fix them up? They might stop coming then.....

I have the same thing about every couple of years, same field by the side of a very busy A road.
Nothing for ages, then 7 the one night, shot them all in the same field, never even thought about scattering.

At least those releasing them will toddle off home happy in the knowledge that they have “saved” those lovely foxes

scan them for a micro chip they will keep records of there treatment incase there returned injured
