retrieving password help

I am logged in with my computer but I cannot log into SD on my phone as I dont know my existing password ,using my phone is like asking me to operate a 747.

i think i have cracked it..the saved passwrods are so many that I only get three goes lol and every time it has failed and thats a real******

faaark me i just put my newest latest pword into my ph log in and got a 'pasword request' sent to me.....aaargh.
