Good news is that Tikka rails are "in spec" so you can use QD over the two rifles. With rails that manufacturer calls "picatinny", the compatibility might not be there.
With non-QD and torque driver there's no problem, if the rails are somewhat "in spec" so that mount attaches properly (including recoil lug, that is very mediocre in some mounts; but then it's a mount problem not rail problem).
Good/bad news is, Tikka rail has single slot for recoil lug. So you cannot attach the mount in wrong place, but you might not get proper eye relief depending on scope and mount. AFAIK Spuhr has different mount points for the recoil lug.
Another recoil lug related issue is that (my) Innomount QD has very "germanly" sized recoil lug. It's as "long" (fore/aft measurement) as possible, so the mount is very fiddly to attach. You have to roll the mount on, and it might take few tries to find the position where the recoil lug will fit the slot. From technical point of view, there's no reason for such a tight fit.
Wouldn't go picatinny in your situation, it's just another interface between rifle and scope. And not very good at that (speaking about interface between Tikka and pic rail, not pic rail and scope). I do have both, or more appropriately all three (T3/Innomount QD, T3/Spuhr Hunting, T3/"picatinny"). The one giving me trouble is the "picatinny", since it's not in proper picatinny spec so cannot really share QD mounts on that (thermal with QD that is or is adjusted to proper picatinny).
