The deal you have is with the online shop rather than with Harkila legally. They may tell you that they will have to send the offending article back to their suppliers and get a replacement and so there's a delay. But whilst they obviously also have a vested interest in not losing out, ensuring their supplier (be that Harkila or whoever) recompenses them, it's the retailer that carries the can as far as you are concerned and if there's any unreasonable delay, I'd just push them for a refund and go elsewhere.
