Rifle scope issues

Hopefully this is not a silly question!
I have got myself a new air rifle (webley eagle)
And seemed nice enough and shoots very well .just fitted a cheap wulf fireball 7-2x32 scope that was kindly gifted to me issue being im a lefty and I find myself having to tilt my head to get a clear picture through the scope and it’s rather uncomfortable.
Could I be correct in thinking it’s the scope mounts ? as they are low mounts fitted to the scope.

Or could it be that the stock that is apparently ambidextrous is not ?

As I said hopefully not a silly question and I would appreciate any input

I shoot off my left shoulder now and tend to use estate rifles as well as air rifles. Can't say I've had too many problems with using right handed set ups. Might be worth taking a look in Bushwear in Stirling and see if there is anything you can compare your set up with - or even take your air rifle in and see if a different scope makes a difference?

I’ve never had this issue before Ive always shot right handed rifles but im 90% sure it’s to do with the stock

Close your eyes and lift the rifle to your shoulder then open them to see where the scope is - this will give you an indication of what you need to correct
It looks like im looking down the right side of tge rib/barrel ever so slightly (not sure what you should call it on a rifle) so im saying it’s the stock

What height rings, from your description you are low on the stock and rolling your head
Im not sure on the high but they are low mounts I put a friends vortex on with high mounts and made very little difference

If this is a wooden stock get someone to bend it for you or try yourself with linseed oil plenty of videos on utube
