Some Syndicate Members have dropped out for COVID reasons so I have some availability for unaccompanied Stalkers in the Carse of Ardersier near Inverness. 2,500+ acres mixed forestry and arable. Roe Deer only. Price is now only £420 or £80 per month Direct Debit. No limit on the number of Deer shot and you are allowed to keep two carcasses ( worth about £80 ) for your own use. The period is from now until the end of March 2021. Other Deer shot can be bought by yourself at Dealer's going rate or can left with myself. High seats are available and there are no hidden charges or trophy fees or penalties. Insurance is important - - membership of BASC , SGA or Deer Society is acceptable. FAC with deer legal calibre ( In Scotland)
I would prefer you to have at least DSC1 or be working towards but experience will be taken into consideration. As a Syndicate Member training in all aspects from total beginner to DSC2 can be given - - you could be accompanied by myself and if you haven't an FAC yet you could use one of my own rifles - - price for this is £30 per hour.
Plenty Roe about - - COVID has helped in that regard !

B&B at www.cromalbank.com - - with pickup from Airport or Railway Station if needed. Reduced rates for Stalkers, £35 each, inc full breakfast. Here's a link if you want an idea of the ground - -

It is a good mixture of arable and woodland.
Contact me, John Ross, by PM or email cromalbank@aol.com for further details etc. My numbers are 01667 462166 or 07774 742 227 in case anyone prefers just to call or better still text me.

Is it possible that I take someone else with me when out stalking? I mean my son, my niece, my good friend, etc?

At the moment, Yes Arwel. Dependent on many things though so we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
I’ll have a better idea in February March time .

Superb opportunity!! I live in Brora, and will be keeping an eye on your offer. Things are not right, just yet, but I hope they will be in the, not too distant future.

You're not too far away - - feel free to come for a coffee and a wee guided tour whenever suits.

Have the places been taken? I’m a novice and don’t have my DSC1 but am working towards it now and booked for beginning of February. Probably not enough experience but thought I’d check.

For those of you thinking about it, I've been a member here for a few years now, I travel quite a long way for my couple of times a year and its well worth it.
Great bit of ground, plenty of deer, quite challenging.
Go and see John for a chat, great bloke.
This one is from last month.

How many members are there in the syndicate and what is the yearly cull. How do you book your outing as to not clash with any others, What will be the full price for next full year.

Regards Allan

Any places left? If so, could you PM me details re booking days etc. I'd be travelling from west Wales to make a break out of it. I am a DSC1 holder and BASC member. Would be planning on coming with a friend.
Thanks

Wtf happened to the front of that thing?

Sorry I haven’t been on here for a week or two. Thanks to all who enquired ... vacancies are now filled. However things can change for one reason or another so if you’re still interested please get in touch about February/ March time next year before the Buck season starts again on 1st April.
