This will be the only place I will be offering this year .
It is on a 9000 acre forest in the north of Scotland , there are three other members.
The area is in North Sutherland around 1.5 to 2 hours north of Inverness.
The deer available within location is mainly Red and Sika with some Roe.
This Forest is a vast estate style forest with open hill ground and fabntastic views with a lot of deer present.
The average cull on this property a year is around 200 deer per year , it is surrounded by big deer estates and always attracts a lot of deer every year .
The Sika and Red rut periods are the most exciting than I have witnessed anywhere and often coincide with each other. The whole area erupts with whistling and roaring from the stags .
The price is £5500 plus VAT per year running from April 1st - March 31st.
DSC1 , Insurance and valid FAC is a must , all deer shot is your own no limit to what you can take , stags can be taken year round and hinds must be shot in season. In regards to new legislation you would be advised to apply for to be on the Nature Scot. Fit and Competent register, This is free to do but you must do it yourself.
Access to the property is good with roads and ATV tracks throughout. This is a working forest for development for farming and forestry. Daytime shooting only.
