Roll pin bench block/puck.

Watched a YT vid a while ago and the guy doing a trigger had like a Puck with holes in to rest the body on and tap the pins into various size holes in the puck.
Anyone print these up or, know where I can get one without having to buy a whole pin punch set?

A Rory said, decent bit of hard timber and look for Starrett/Moore & Wright/ Blue point but not Made in China

Often made pin punches from silver steel then H&T just twiddle it on the grinder to size.

Just found wood a bit soft sometimes when you have to give the pin “that” tap to loosen it and it ends up squishing it…..
Also unless its some exotic hardwood (that I haven’t access to) it then leaves an impression of the larger object in it rendering it unlikely to be useful again?

Now I know what to search for gonna order 2 100mm square polymer bench blocks from Temu for a fiver and drill some holes in - one at home one in range box.

£70 for a Wheeler one 😂😂😂 my Fat wrench only cost a bit more than that……
😏

If you know someone with a 3D printer, they’re pretty easy to download and make. Mines still going strong after a few years now, like the blue one here.

I use indoor roller hockey puks.
If your down at Bisley upstairs in the NSRA building there's a indoor roller hockey shop and a hall where they play.
Another piece of useless information 🤣🤣🤣
