new without tags size 60 rovince sizing. check their website for equivalent size but I would say xl .

Too big for me but always wear my size 56 stalking and haven't had a tick since

Rovince do come up a bit smaller as I'm a 36 inch waist and had to take a 56 in rovince size which is a 40 inch waist in their chart.
Have added pics.
Prob a 42/44 but they are slightly stretchy material which is good.

I have had the same experience ,the sizing particularly for men is a bit on the small side. Good gear though.
