The problem we have now is the majority of people just don’t give a f%#k. those of us born in a time when people just helped each other because that’s how it was. Now it’s all me me me… selfish work shy the country owes me a living type. It’s just the way it is now no manners pig ignorant I don’t care I’ll toss the parcels over the gate because I can and know one will do anything about it 
I now just presume that any interaction with a person or organisation is going to be a total clusterf***k. Incompetence does seem to be the norm. When i do actually have contact with someone who knows what they are doing i am genuinely surprised.
Latest f**k up from people who should know better.
Sister in law's mother dies. After waiting a full week for Doctor to pull his finger out, they ( my sister in law ) eventually get call from Medical Examiner.
Medical Examiner makes appointment at Registry Office to register the death and get certificate.
Gets to Registry Office and starts the process only to be told they are at the wrong Registry Office. They tell Registrar that Medical Officer made the appointment and also this was the Office that her Father's death was registered ten years ago. He died at same address as her mum.
Turns out that there will be an enquiry as to how this happened and he will have to be re-registered at the correct office.
A complete farce, on top of the grief the poor woman is going through having lost her Mum.
My practice Nurse is jumping ship and going to Canada. I applaud her decision .

And that's exactly the problem, observing the gradual decline of society is painful for those who have witnessed the creeping demise of Britain, but my kids generation have never known any different, so just don't get it.
Saying that, 3 years living in London as a student has somewhat opened my sons mind and he's not quite so tolerant now..... he's starting to get it.

To be fair, if things are particularly bad in the UK, it stands to reason that many foreign companies do a better job.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a nice pair of Grubs wellies. Paid for 24hr RM delivery.
Posted, followed tracking and it said it reached Delivery Office and would be out for delivery, likely within a certain time window.
Nothing. My wife received a package from RM, seen on doorbell cam.
Tracking showed no updates. I went to the Delivery Office the next day. Nothing. My wife received another RM package.
Tracking showed no updates for several days, nothing was delivered.
Original company refunded the postage fee but have gone very silent regarding refunding the wellies which never arrived.
Lost or stolen. Either way not acceptable. RM regularly only deliver normal post to our road on some days of the week, certainly not six. Many of the delivery team are not in RM uniform so I assume they are contractors.
Now RM and Parcelforce are back being two wings of the same company, they've synchronised package delivery services. I'm now unable to book multi-parcel consignments so they'll be losing a fair bit of trade from small sized businesses who don't post often enough to get a business account. DPD will do well.
RM started going downhill the day they banned posties from coming in early to sort the post...

US Postal Service isn’t much better, and when the two Interact - look out.
I recently sent an item to the highlands. 3 days from my home to the international shipping center in Chicago. There it sat for nearly 3 weeks. Then, it moved. Chicago to London overnight. Then it sat for another 2 weeks
Then quickly up to Caithness- where it agin sat.
Finally the recipient was notified to pay the customs charge, which he did, and finally a week later he was an,e to take receipt.

But it does have some good squirrels!
BT/EE are clowns, my disabled Anti registered blind was in a right state the other day as they swapped her lines to digital, her 40yrs old phones stopped working and when they were contacted she was told follow the instructions in the text we have sent you

Probably got sick of your attitude and knew what would annoy you...click, goodbye. Seriously, if you hate the place so much, leave. Moaning about waiting in a queue (that's how you spell it) seems the education system here is fooked as well, by wasting more time whining on here
