Sad morning but memorable.

Lost the MIL yesterday evening so said to the missus i'll get a good head for the wall this morning to remember her by.

Out at 0330 with a stunning warm morning and the dawn chorus an absolute joy to be part of.

Things could hardly have went better with a superb buck,a 3 legged buck and some nice pictures.

Characteristic of an injury is the antler deformation on the opposite side of the body part injured, left leg damage, right antler shows the injury. Have a trophy with a crooked left antler, the buck had a large abscess under his right hand side molar 1.

They say it’s about the way the brain is (cross) wired to the body’s nervous system.
