I am looking at a 308, sako 75, fluted stainless, unknown round count.
very good condition. Shoots very well and nice tight groups.
what ball Park figure should I be looking at, rifle only

I paid £750 for a 6.5x55 Sako 75 approx three years ago with optilock bases and rings included. Good condition, shoots well, but same unknown round count. It was land handed mind whether that impacted on price (to get it off the shelf) I don’t know.

550-750 dependant on condition And stock quality

Check mag feeds properly and doesn’t “pop” rounds due to wear

If contact surfaces are not polished (blued steel rifle) then assume it’s relatively low round count

308 good for 4-5000 rounds but entirely dependant on user care

Wow, these figures are coming back quite a bit lower than I expected.
I am confident it’s not a high count, certainly the last owner maybe50 rounds in 5 years, before that who knows, could have been a target rifle, but it shoots very straight. We’re a long way apart on the money though

I get that some people think they may only be worth £5-600, but I don’t see them about at that price. I rarely see them less than £750 but don’t look to often tbh

AF02AD89-1CF1-4D4D-9456-2CAAF993E684.png Bought this one from Dauntsey guns in 2017. Rings but no scope, late key concept model. Very little use and spotless bore.
I would expect an original barreled uncut example to do the same.
