I have a Sako Finnfire 2 in 22lr.
I want to try out long range rimfire.
I would like a picatinny rail with at least 20 MOA.
I can find rails with 0 MOA.
Anybody know of an off the shelf rail I could use. They are advertised in the States.
Thanks

You may well find 20moa not enough for elevation, try Alan Rhone but add mounts with further elevation and you may need a scope with lots of lines on the reticule. I have a mate that tried it, I seem to remember something ridiculous like 50moa needed, and he was using subs at something like 400 ! apparently subs are more accurate although the wind is somewhat challenging . Good luck , i think it is a bit of a laugh to do, and changes your concept of .22rf.

I have a total of 40 MOA with rail and mounts on one of my .22LRs

I’ve had reasonable success out to 400 yards using RUAG Special Match and R100

As above - Alan Rhone would be my first port of call

Have you thought about Burris Signature XTR rings? Up to 40 MOA should you need it. They take a little while to set up correctly but the end result is well worth it. I've got two sets (on a Howa .223 & a CZ455) and I can't fault them.

Get yourself a set of Sportsmatch fully adjustable rings - they cost circa £90-100 & allow you to adjust your reticle to the bottom of the elevation range then mechanically adjust the alignment of the scope to whatever you want your starting/zero range to be. You then have all the elevation adjustment in your scope available to you. They’re exactly what I have got on my Finnfire Range along with a Nightforce benchrest scope. Available in 30mm & 1” options, just do an online search for them - in fact I have a feeling there was a pair of 30mm ones for sale on here recently?!

You could do worse than going over to UKV, I understand that jcampbellsmith is one of the go to people with regards LRRF. You could also look at the LRRFC website, they have some useful stuff on there.
