Sambar or Rusa, what is it?

Debating on picking up this little antler on Ebay since I know its an exotic deer, Question is what species is it Sambar or Rusa? Always tried to be In the habit of Identifying species before I buy them but there not the easiest deer to tell apart either.

Sambar in general have a longest outer top tine, Rusa in general have a longest inner top tine.
Thats very sambar.
