I cannot understand how woodland like this can command that kind of money.

Surely if you have intention to buy this land then you will have walked it and its boundaries, if I was to be buying land for sporting purposes id be wanting to see sign myself and not just what someone else may think of it.

I've not hunted before so wouldn't know what to look for. I have walked around a small part if it and it was very quiet. Seems a few people on this forum are familiar with the area...thanks for all the feedback guys
