scope refurbishing

Hi all. I have a zeiss scope for a BRNO ZKK601, it is good optically but could do with a clean inside and the paint could do with tidying up. Does anybody know of a good optics company who can do this kind of work and what kind of money I would be looking at?

That scope is a Zeiss Jena so the manufacturer is no-more. Paul Burke has experience is re-building/fixing them I understand.
