Scottish grouse shooting licences

So if I'm stalking in Scotland for a couple of days on ground I rent but fancy walking for a grouse one day I've got to keep it to myself?

If you were to apply for an injunction challenging the license requirement, it would be placed on hold pending resolution of the dispute.
Your grounds for requesting an injunction are that the proposed license constitutes the confiscation of a private asset by the state without compensation.

Yes - something like this is where i would welcome to see BASC fighting fund money spent

It is sad that money need to be spent on thing like this really though when you think about it - Just think how the money spent by the likes of wild justice etc could really be used to benefit nature

Thanks, I did not know that.
