Sealand, are they any good?

Waterproof alright. But not a bit breathable I believe. So if it's a bit warm and you need to walk around some, you won't be all that dry in all those important little places.

"little places" is it ... you speak for yourself sunny Jim

I have an older pair of leather fronted trousers by Seeland, they are extremely durable and comfortable, I have never seen another pair like them.

It was a very wet winter day in December with driving rain and very cold trust me it wasn’t condensation from warm weather the jackets leaked at the elbow and shoulders with water running down the back and chest plus the cuffs leaked too sending water back up towards the elbow , the trousers through the thighs and knees when we got back to the vehicle we had a quick check and found that both Harkila and Seeland were soaking wet so much so you could ring out the inside most of the clothing was received as Xmas presents so were fairly new they may be ok for an hour or so in the rain but not up to a full day out in bad weather from our experience

The Seeland welly’s I had once were sub-standard in quality, split on the top crease on one side within 6 months. Went back to Le Chameau which always seem to last me for years.

I had the same wellies, the ones with the zips up the sides, rubbish, 2 pairs in 9 months split where they bend at the toes.
