The wsm in my opinion should of been anything but 17. A 20 or even a 25!It’s a shame the ammo qc has been so bad taken a lot away from a great little calibre I thought when they launched the 17 wsm that would be the refined version but that a complete failure
QC has improved for 17 HMR and they seem to of changed powder type, visually. Probably to prevent liability by ensuring ignition compared to earlier fail to fires causing blockages.
Don't be put off, it's the most versatile rimfire round going.
