Not sure there is a member on here by that name?
Maybe he meant @RCS Deer Management?
If so, I can vouch that he really knows what he's doing.
You could also perhaps try the BDS mentoring scheme? That's a very affordable option for a day's guided stalking, if you can get to their ground in Norfolk. Contact BDS, or @Mouse on here (my daughter). She coordinates the scheme and is one of the guides.

I just realised you need to be a British Deer Society (BDS) member, and have passed DSC1, in order to participate in the BDS scheme.
Anyway, it costs £300 for two outings, and you may well get the opportunity to shoot multiple animals. An estate rifle is available you don't have your own. I think you can retain carcasses of smaller species at no extra cost, but not red or fallow.

I know gun safety and have shot air rifles before and I’m now trying to get range time to understand how deer rifles feels and act

Stop complaining, take you time with the other good advice you have had which is get some beating (not bleating ) under you belt and find your way slowly. 🤫

Beating is a way to push game (pheasant's partridges mainly) over waiting guns, Bleating has it's own meaning's :doh:

If you want some advice start at the bottom as then you will learn to listen take in then ask questions.

I started off shooting rats then rabbits then ferreting over time you learn to listen then ask questions

Its the time of year ! Frankly at this time many estates are not interested in taking clients out this time of year , speak to them about next year . Female deer in the winter months are tough on a novice and the stalker who has to look after them .

It’s what everyone recommends but rarely leads to stalking being given these days. Basically pushing game birds over waiting guns, it’s good fun and there’s usually a tip involved.

I don’t see as you are complaining either just asking what the wait time is generally which is reasonable.

If you’re only after cull does then plenty of options within your budget, some will allow you to keep the carcass (generally roe and muntjac) within the price others not and you leave the carcass with them or pay game dealer rate for it in the skin.

In terms of dealing with the carcass, again for roe and munties, as long as you space for skinning (suspended is easier) and a kitchen you are good to go, plus freezer space for the venison.

I see , cheers for your input , I’m most likely gonna try go for a muntjac or a roe doe , red is to far away from me and and fallow is possible but too much meat for me to use l
