Here's a couple I got a chippie to make for me a few years ago.
It was a carpenter that had stuff on display at Wimbourne market.
I gave him a template and he knocked them up for me. He asked for £3.00 each at the time but I was so chuffed I gave him £3.50 each for ten of each. He was pleased and so was I.
None left I'm afraid but just lets you know there are other options out there other than 'dedicated shield makers'

Askari do the carved ones very cheap and they have a stupidly cheap offer on their solid wood shields 7.99 for 5 !
