I went to it the first year it moved to the NEC. At today's prices, with parking, i wont be going. The RFD I buy a lot of my reloading consumables did attend, but haven't attended the last two as far as I know. I'd rather just buy from their shop.

I liked Stoneleigh, although as much as I'd wish it would return, I live in doubt.

I'm curious for us reloaders what will actually be in stock, given bullets and primers seem to be in shortage.

Going I guess to show there’s still support for shooting admission is a bit steep ok but my flight + show ticket cost less than a box of 30 cal bergers

I normally go to the shooting show in the NEC when it's been on, parking has previously been free, though seemingly any excuse is now used to extract more money from the general public who attend these shows, the cost of basic food and drink there being another over priced example. If you go with several friends, you can obviously split the cost of parking.

I would like to attend but my main apprehension to going this year however is the vastly increased possibility of contracting Covid in an indoor environment in which many thousands of people will be attending in very close proximity to each other. Even though I am fully vaccinated, I wouldn't want to contract this and pass this onto my elderly father knowing that it could potentially cause very serious issues.

Support for the type of shooting that the organisers deem acceptable? For let us remember that safari outfitters were banned by the organisers in response to petitions and pressure. What's next to be damned and barred? Pheasant shooting, deer stalking? Vermin shooting? No I won't be going to support a "show" that has banned my fellow law abiding sportsmen and sportswomen.

I was also going with my mate..he was very keen to go.,
I've told him that although we can afford to pay the New Totally Rop off price taking into Parking.
I've convinced him we are Defo BOYCOTTING it !!

I am looking forward to going to this years shooting show,
I am in need of a new thermal spotter so need to check out what's on offer and what better place, all the major players will be there.
Last time a went to a show which was a while ago obviously because of covid it was about that money to get in.

Someone posted a link to this on PW. In FIVE HALLS, £10 admission, under 15 years free and...guess what....and....PARKING INCLUDED. Methinks that "the Shooting Show" are taking the proverbial...
