I am trying to track down some decent quality shuttered eye cups for putting on NV scopes and thermal spotter.

I had one on my Drone, that worked well, but lost it one night and have struggled to replace it.

Ant Supplies do a version, it is a little crude so I would rather find a better one.

Their's is down the page here -Ant supplies

There are better ones available over in the US, but because they are used with some restricted NV goggles the sales are restricted.

I know that better ones have been sold over here, just struggling to find anyone with stock.

Anyone come across a UK source or know anyone coming back from the US with room in a suitcase?

Saw some on Ebay yesterday, looked well made but a picture can be misleading!
Hooe this helps
The only one I can find on there are the cheapies from China like the Ant Supplies one.

The one that came with my Drone was smaller and a lot more refined.

Hello mate if the pics attached will be of any help, if you want to try this one I’ll put in the post for you
its brand new, I got it for a NV then read the instructions how to turn the brightness down  Its sitting here gathering dust
cheers

You could try a mechanical iris aperture, would mean a bit of DIY to make it fit. Essentially you throw a lever and it opens, then throw it back to close.

Possibly a bit more of a Pfaff. The shuttered eye cups just work so well and you don't need to think about them.

Yes, too much brightness can be a pain, but I like the fact that it keeps the rain off and certainly with the thermal spotter it's not flashing in my face when shooting from sticks.

Thanks. Do you recall where you got it? Very similar to the ones I have already.
Sorry
not sure, try it if you think it will fit, want nought for it, its been on my man cave shelve for over a year, won’t see any use here I'm pretty nigh all thermal now
