Simple illustration describing barrel harmonics.

At work today I've made something that crudely resembles what a barrel does during a firing to a greater extent.
In the video I should of pointed out how we desire the bullet to leave the barrel at the same time and point of oscillation for a tight group.
Anyway, might help a newbie.

Honestly I think the whole idea of tuning your barrel to ammunition has been widely discredited. I’m not disputing the barrel flexes but the idea you can tune your ammunition to the harmonics is not really provable in testing using larger shot samples.
