Has SD admin looked into this as another way of supporting the site?

Not for a couple of years. I think you can do two things... you can do links into ‘affiliate links’ or you do words themselves into affiliate links... I think doing hyperlinks is one thing, but words themselves is going too far imo. It we just stick with affiliate hyperlinks it does’t translate into much $$... or least it didn’t in 2010!

Its something I do on a car forum and it pays for the cost of the site.
Once its setup in the background, its just a case of copying the domain name ( url / web address ) onto this site and clicking on said link to purchase it.
This is off the other site and a little out of date, but it gives you an idea
