Skinning rig thingies

Limited game dealer options around here and limited time for me means I'm looking at getting someone to butcher some reds for me next season. Once they're broken down into "venison boxes" I have no trouble selling them but I simply haven't the time to skin and butcher 2 or 3 at a time. And no one wants a whole red deer in the skin. I've a few options but all want them skinned - which I bloody hate doing! Especially a big red that's been lying in a muddy field of turnips for the last couple of weeks... I've got the David Stretton hoist for the back of the truck but not the skinning attachment.

Has anyone one used his or any others?

I like to hang them in the skin and my gut feeling is these things would probably work better on a warm carcass than a chilled / hung one?

ps. I've skinned my fair share, have tried back legs first, front legs first and any other way you can think of (bar tying it to a tree and driving off with the skin attached to the back of the pickup...). I don't have a problem skinning, I just find it bloody tedious

The cheapest way to test a method would be a boat winch, which I use to get deer up to 100k on my rail on my own.
it is only 16 stone.
I would be tempted to mount a second hand winch and run the cable to a low pulley, whip around the back legs to the arse chain the lose fur and pull down. Not much to invest with a 20 quid winch a couple of exhaust u bolts and a pulley

warm is usually better but cold is ok, have a look at this video the cuts he makes definitely make the job easier.
for the big stags, a winch is a bonus, quad ATV, wife any will do.
still possible on your own but it will take a little longer.
I hang all mine on the tractor's loader for my own use.
