What do I do with the knobbly bits up inside the nasal cavity. I’ve jet washed them to hell but I can still pull little threads of ‘stuff’ from them suggesting there’s stuff still stuck inside ??

Would the peroxide get rid of the organic stuff or do I need to drill the bits out to clear them ?

Push a screwdriver through and give it a wiggle. Peroxide will sort the rest

Yes a screwdriver will sort or the tip of a cordless drill, which I do. Also carefully drill into brain cavity thro there so a good wash out and then peroxide the lot.

I wouldn't even bother. I do all my heads full skull so I don't 'clean' as far up as that. I leave mine to dry with peroxide on for 24hrs , wash it off and then it goes into the shed or garage for a bit after that. Never smells bad enough to think I haven't got it all out and it dries very quickly. And that was even when I was doing it by hand before I got a pressure washer!
