I have still yet to see them in person despite numerous trips North of the Artic Circle. On this occasion, they were visible 10 miles up the road from me but not where I live on the outskirts of a large town. I should have jumped in the car and driven North but to my regret, I didn’t

I have still yet to see them in person despite numerous trips North of the Artic Circle.

They are a constant up there whereas here they are a rarity. I didn't even go outside last night as i forgot that it was forecast..pi$$ed off.

They were a rarity in Northern Scotland up until a few years ago and now seem to be a regular occurrence.

That was my first time experiencing them first hand.

My nephew doesn't live to far from you , they had quite the show the other night . Stalker308 sent me a few pics from his place at Colwyn Bay as well , really bright .
