The first batch old mate has made this year...cant wait!
Veni,pork fat ,fennel seeds,garlic,chilli blah blah blah.
Grilled over coals,wrapped in bread and washed down with cold beer and fire side bullschitt repartee.
Other old mate snag maker has just done his salamis and is mailing a few down to me this week.
Value adding to the kill is always well received.

I was looking at doing sausages next. One of my mates was a butcher 25 years ago, so will test his muscle memory making them :lol:
