Socks that don’t fall down

My socks keep falling down. A minor but very irritating problem! The only pair that seem to stay up are the browning trek socks but they’re no longer made. Can anyone recommend some that will grip my slimline (skinny) calves and not end up scrunched into the toe of my wellies?!

You don’t need socks you need a squat rack to sort the calves out.

I have some pairs of deer Hunter socks and they are very good. Might be worth a look.

I have one of them, me calves are now tapered and nowt stays up. Even those pheasant shooting things wi a tie. Just have to suck it up really.

My Dad was a semi pro musician in the dance band days and ALL the band had to wear sock suspenders as showing a hairy calf was not acceptable amongst the profession !

Most excellent socks till a certain wife puts them on 60deg wash .They now fit a mouse .

I find the shooting socks from Decathlon to be as good as any I have had for staying up

Swazi the original farm sock are brilliant, don’t fall down, Merino so breath well and are warm. They are £30 ish but definitely worth it

My welly socks always fell down until I was told to use electricians tape wrapped round once just above the ankles, never fell down again.
