Bought two of these when they first came out (sold one on this forum last year). This is single mode as I don't like the faffing about with three mode units. Beam is simply adjusted by rotation of front rubber head. It is very powerful when the beam is tightened, yet it can still be used with a rimfire when turned to flood. The remote pressure switch has a bit of glue on the side from when I stuck some velcro on. It still works perfectly, although I never really used it.
I've bought a Night Saber ESL......if I'm honest, it isn't any more powerful than the SRX. The SRX is also, imo, of better build quality. The Night Saber is however smaller and has a dimmer, which I like. £95 posted first class ss, signed for. Payment via bank transfer please. Thank you.
