McDonald's is shut! Quelle disastre
Bit of an exaggeration, I know. But, if you've been missing your McNuggets, worry no more 'cos Woody has the answer
4 chicken breasts (this is a guess, as I used the meat from three scrawny cockerels I had to cull. Probably won't be too far off though) You could also use rabbit, pheasant, or even partridge, I guess?
Process them until they're a paste, then shape them into nuggets. Drop into cornflour, shake off the excess, and put aside.
In a large bowl, add a cup of cold water, half a cup of cornflour, a cup of any flour you have, an egg, 2 tbs of mustard powder, 1 each of garlic and onion powder, a tsp each of salt and ground black pepper. Whisk this to a thick batter, then dip your nuggets into it, place them on a tray, and freeze them for an hour or so.
Then around 5 minutes in hot oil, depending on how big your nuggets are. Oo-er missus
