That’s like saying can you recommend a set of tires for a 2ltr…what is the rifle for?, what length is the barrel?, how much use does it get?, what do you want to spend?, is it your only moderator? Are looks important?

That being said you can’t go wrong with DPT…good kiwi company 💪

Zeroed 3 tikka rifles last weekend with a few mates.
All 243, all the same bullet and barrel length.

Quietest one had a T8.
Almost identical was a Stalon.
The loudest, by a fair bit, was the Wildcat Eveloution! The difference was obvious to all of us. Was like night and day.

Many like and rate the DPT and is what I was getting for my 7mm-08, but got an old stock, brand new T8 for £123!! Heavy, but I needed to save some money, so it was a no brainier at the time.

Had an old atec which was very quiet.
Then had a dpt but was nowhere near as quiet as the atec, even with 3 extra baffles.
Now have an f&d uts, great mod.

I’ve just gone for a wildcat for my .270z picked that over the DPT as I believe it’s quieter but mostly because it’s what the shop had.

I swap a Wildcat evo with a .22 baffle between my .222 and .204. The .222 is noticeably louder despite burning less powder. Don't ask me why. I guess some mods suit some rifles, maybe barrel wall thickness makes a difference too. Whatever you choose your ears will still ring if you forget your ear protection, so don't over think it.

Hausken no longer seem to be the flavour of the month but a Hausken with the surgical steel webbing (?) inserts is a very quiet moderator.
