Available: Space on game syndicate north Wales

Having lost a couple of members to illness and Australia we can take on two guns to our long established syndicate in North Wales near Bylchau. Walked up shooting, with some driven. A reasonable level of fitness is required. The shoot has a quad and established pens so very little work is required to keep it ticking over. Returns 30% unkeepered and is not in a shoot catchment.
Its a very sociable shoot. With a free clay day, big Christmas meal and lots of shared drinks and food. The Christmas meal was genuinely one of the funniest nights I have in memory.
£475 releasing 500 pheasant. 13 shoot days so £37 per day per gun. There are 14 members of the syndicate (when full) and everyone is welcome to shoot all dates. However turn out generally averages 5-8 guns. My PB on this syndicate a few years ago was shooting 14 head of game in a day. Land is cleared for centre fire. Foxing etc encouraged.

Our one and only beater to survive the entire season on these hills was entitled to Beater’s Day today. Formerly Beaters’ Day but given the second best attendance was my eight year old, there was a concerted effort to get our beater under some birds. He is only 19 and has never been on a game...

Our Little Syndicate

I captain a micro shoot in north Wales. We have a great sociable time, lots of sloe gin, damson gin, port etc, share home cooked food venison stew, pheasant stew, venison sausage rolls etc.

I assumed you were already in it, given the picture of the guns lined up with rifles for the game shoot, looks like just your sort of pheasant shooting...

we do a range day each year, in addition to the clay day and barbecue plus a few away days. (Partridge 2023, Scotland reds 2024). The rifle days help people towards their FACs (demonstrate usage in the mad chicken and egg situation that some FLO require) and also encourage members to get out on the foxes etc.
