So I have a 4 year old spaniel , he was well trained as far as toilet training, we even trained him to ring a bell at the back door when he needs a wee but recently has starting randomly weeing through out the house and we're not talking a little bit full blown streams almost like he can't control it, not noticed any odd behaviour still eating and drinking fine, just through I'd ask if anyone else had similar issues befor trip to the vets ?

Thanks on advanced

Any changes within the household? Any children left home, or anyone new moved in? Or redecorating/new carpets/new furniture?
Or are you perhaps going through a relationship rough patch with your partner?

Been little bit building work and redecorating, you think he's feeling out of place with the change ?

Also check urine for high sugar levels, my old lab developed diabetes, we used to have our evening injections together for 3 years.

In the day or at night?
Is his bed wet after sleeping? If it’s not, then he's not incontinent. If you are not sure put a white sheet over the bed, this may also pick up blood.
The other option is behavioural - stress due to changes like the building, or there is a bitch in heat within sniffing distance!

If he is able to pass urine normally, without pain, this sonds more behavioural
