I’ve returned to stalking after a long lay off (roughly 25 years) and have recently sat the DSC1. I class myself as a novice at best. I have permissions in the North East and Highlands but they’re proving difficult to get the best out of due to distance and fitting in around work.
I’m looking for anything reasonably close to home (Scone) so I can build experience fairly quickly before I sign up for DSC2.
I’m a professional forester of 30 years, have my AWC, FAC, SGC and explosives tickets, basic stalking gear, a pickup and I’m insured through BASC.
Permissions, syndicates, helping out with culls, management plans, larder work, just tagging along to help drag, happy to do anything.
