Stalking

Any body know anything about ventham farm shoot Froxfield /Petersfield.And knows what the stalking is like.

Shot game birds there a few times. Fantastic partridge shooting. Lovely main house and lunch arrangements. Good arable mix. Shaws and some large woodland areas. Good rolling landscape so I imagine walk stalk is very good

Are there any fallow in that area

Yes. all around there Alton etc

I know the ground around venthams farm pretty well, you’ll find roe and muntjac but not fallow, the nearest fallow you’ll find in that area is the ground east of queen Elizabeth country park on the a3, and then fallow start again north of Alton.

I’ve got a little bit of ground near there, only ever had Roe and Munties
never seen fallow or any tracks on my bit
